Regular Hours:
Come visit us Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 9am-6pm every week.

Mobile Distribution Location/Hours:

Santa Ynez, Jameson Community Center – Tuesday, April 4th 5-6:30 pm (1st Tuesday of the month)

·         San Clemente Community Center – Tuesday, April 11th 5-6:30 pm (2nd Tuesday of the month)

·         Storke Community Center – Tuesday, April 18th 5-6:30 pm (3rd Tuesday of the month)

·         West Campus Community Center – Tuesday, April 25th 5-6:30 pm (4th Tuesday of the month)

·         Santa Ynez, Jameson Community Center – Tuesday, May 2nd 5-6:30 pm (1st Tuesday of the month)

·         San Clemente Community Center – Tuesday, May 9th 5-6:30 pm (2nd Tuesday of the month)

·         Storke Community Center – Tuesday, May 16th 5-6:30 pm (3rd Tuesday of the month)

  •   Plus Healthy Breakfast On-the-Go from the Food, Nutrition, and Basic Skills Program Series

·         West Campus Community Center – Tuesday, May 23rd 5-6:30 pm (4th Tuesday of the month)

·         No Distribution on 5th Monday

·         Santa Ynez, Jameson Community Center – Tuesday, June 6th 5-6:30 pm (1st Tuesday of the month)

·         San Clemente Community Center – CANCELLED due to Finals (2nd Tuesday of the month)

 

 

Eligibility

The AS Food Bank is available for registered Undergraduate and Graduate students only. If you are not a registered student, please click on the Non-Registered Students tab underneath the Resources tab for resources off campus.

To receive food from the AS Food Bank,  there are two requirements:
1) Being a registered UCSB Student, undergraduate or graduate. This is verified with your ACCESS CARD. Please bring it in each time you come in.

2) Completing a Self-Declaration of Income form when you come in. This needs to be filled out every new academic school year.

In order to use the Food Bank, you must make under $14,484 per year. This excludes family income, spousal income, financial aid, scholarships, TA-ship, and fellowships. If you have any questions regarding the income requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Don’t have your access card?

You can get one at the Information Desk in the UCEN on the 2nd floor or be prepared to log in to GOLD on one of our computers.

What Can I Get at the Food Bank?

Students are allowed to use the food bank once a day during operation hours. Students can take a limited amount of food from different categories within the pantry. The following categories of food and the number of items one may take are:
