Simple Veggie stir fry
Cooking time: 5-10 min.
Ingredients: a little bit of cooking oil, 2 peeled carrots, 2- 3 ribs of celery, a half cup of broccoli, half cup of cauliflower, quarter cup of cabbage. For preparation, chop all veggies into small pieces. For seasoning: salt, pepper, and/or garlic powder. Serving size: 1-2. Optional: half cup of cooked rice.
Directions: Heat a medium pan and pour in about a tablespoon of oil. Let it heat for a few seconds while making sure the oil spreads evenly. The start adding the veggies and stir them. I would suggest adding the carrots first because they take longest to cook, then broccoli, cauliflower, and finally the celery and cabbage. Stir and cover for about 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove over and keep stirring for another minute. Finally, remove from heat and add some salt, pepper, or garlic to your liking. If using rice, stir in the cooked rice in the very last minute of cooking and then remove from heat. Enjoy!
